Our sales experience with Chelsea and her follow up after our 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee was exceptional. The only issues we have ever had at this dealership is at the service center. There was some minor hail our 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee was exceptional. The only issues we have ever had at this dealership is at the service center. There was some minor hail damage on the hood and one of the weather strips from the passenger door. They dent removal was flawless, but they fixed the weather stripping on the wrong door. We planned our morning around the repair because it was not supposed to take more than 1 hour so we waited from 8:30 am until about 10 am, but when we saw the wrong side was fixed, we had to get a loaner and leave because we had other things planned for the day. The service people had to rush and pick up another part to fix their mistake. We ended up having to make another trip to the dealership to return the loaner and pick up our vehicle later that afternoon, which we really did not want to do because we live about 30 minutes away. Service is the only issue we have here, not just with this new vehicle but also with service we have had done a couple of times in the past. We will not be returning to this service center for maintenance. However, our sales experience with Chelsea was great. The purchase was painless and it was very easy to trade in our leased 2017 Grand Cherokee for the new one. Thank you Don Davis Auto Group! More
