Earle was great. I can't say enough good things about him. The whole dealership worked hard to keep me happy and my kids entertained. Earle even let my son borrow his charger! We had already been burned by two Jeep dealerships, so I told Ernest we had to be sure the Jeep we were looking for was still available and had the options we needed. He obliged by sending pictures of the stickers for verification and had the Jeep ready when we got there. There was a little negotiation as expected but nothing pushy or overbearing. Once we agreed on numbers, the finance guy was fast and agreeable as well. When I told him we weren’t interested in extra warranties he didn’t try to push us into something we didn’t want or need. Overall the purchase was great, we’re happy with our Jeep, and will be back when we’re ready for another purchase. More
