Me and my husband got our oil changed and Nick was good at suggestive sales. But we had an issue we explained we wanted a full sized spare we heard about on our last visit and was quoted a price so we sch at suggestive sales. But we had an issue we explained we wanted a full sized spare we heard about on our last visit and was quoted a price so we scheldule a time to get it I came down there the next it was a different price it took several calls and as we were told on the price nck and Joe kept their word. But it took way to much effort on me and my husband for them to keep their word. We had to involve our fabulous vehicles salesman Markus Hernandez to get it done. Will be watching the service and parts departments with an Eagle eyei gove them a C- they were close to getting an F had they not kept their word on the price quoted. I will recommend this service dept but tell people to watch them like a hawk and get everything in writing. Markus Hernandez will get 5 stars when he gets my husband in a truck without jumping thru hoops.. hint hint Markus,No excuses. Nicole Rocks she did great and was patient in getting me my truck, she made everything easy to do. Now it's up to Nicole to do that for my husband. Markus and Nicole as my husband says Get R Done. More
