Started off a little rocky but ended on a high note We scheduled a meeting to test drive a specific used vehicle. A sales rep (not Tek) confirmed the appt via email that same day. When we arrived, we were told that the vehicle has sold the day prior. Given the hour drive, we were initially pretty frustrated. Tek jumped in and turned the situation around. We ended up buying a different vehicle and are very happy with the purchase thus far. The process was pretty straight-forward and efficient. On the financing side, Alex was excellent. He was extremely efficient and easy to work with. Overall, a positive experience. More
