I did not like my experience this most recent time at all. The man from the service department who attended me was very rude, arrogant and I was not informed in anything about my cars service until the v all. The man from the service department who attended me was very rude, arrogant and I was not informed in anything about my cars service until the very end when I needed to pay. I was told to approve a service for an engine air filter but I wasn't told what I was approving and I had a reusable filter that I could have cleaned on my own. Overall I lost faith in this location and the staff it use to be great but not anymore. More

Service on our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee We were met by Cesar and he was very friendly and explained everything in detail.
