jeep towed in dead jeep now in garage DEAD Told Jeep was A Okay. It is dead and I can not open it. Will bring information written in invoivce. I had stated that something was wrong with the Told Jeep was A Okay. It is dead and I can not open it. Will bring information written in invoivce. I had stated that something was wrong with the air conditioner. I was told it was working. I told Audrey that it had worked about 10 to 20 minutes and then gone down. He stated that it had been working well during test drive. Well, it did blow and go until I almost got home. Minimal air coming through vents but strong air sound behind the dash. I was told that it must be bad batteries. I had just had two new ones put on. I was told that they must be shoddy batteries which I reported to City Garage personnel. I can not get in the car to try and move the car out of the garage. So, I guess I am going to have to front another tow and run my billing of repairs even further up. I would think that this dealership could sense that if the batteries kept going down and the air was blowing at the 7 level but not coming through the vents, some other things would have been checked. NO, just the "shody" Pepe Brother like battiers (which they were not). I would not have spent all the money for nothing and I expect I will have to spend even more. Does this dealership think I should go somewhere else where they will listen to my problems and deal with them instead of bad mouthing work and batteries that I had replaced before I got to DDA And will they in t urn, give me back my money for services that did not help, so I can get another garage to help. If I did not owe on this Jeep, I would sell it and get another SUV from some other dealership. More
