I was at the dealership 3 years ago and the salesman I spoke to was rude and made me pick another dealership and when I went this time the sales guy, Tek, was friendly and helpful and made the process a l spoke to was rude and made me pick another dealership and when I went this time the sales guy, Tek, was friendly and helpful and made the process a lot easier. Also, Mike in the finance department was very helpful as well but didn’t have any pictures up! He said it wasn’t allowed.. how else am I suppose to know y’all are human? If he didn’t connect with my boyfriend I probably would have felt different. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend y’all to others. More

Rickey Crochett - the man knows his stuff!! So 2 energetic, grey-haired people were walking around looking at Jeeps, when Rickey Crochett steps ups and asks if he can help and help he did! We were not very sure we wanted a Jeep and I was actually leaning towards a small truck. But Rickey was very pleasant and happy to show us anything we wanted. As a second vehicle we wanted to keep costs down. He was not pushy and was satisfied with showing us and letting us drive a base model. He knew everything about the vehicle and it was obvious he was proud of Jeeps and the features they provide. He knew about every model and shared with us his little tricks to keep things straight between the models and features. We felt well informed and drove out with our new Jeep the next day! So if you are a rock-crawler or a mall-shopper Rickey can help you pick the right vehicle for you. More

I was able to check out the car, take it for a test drive, and make a sales agreement (without the dealership games) within 2 hours. No need to go back-and-forth. We were pleasantly surprised.
