Smooth and Easy There has been a wind noise coming from my 2019 RAM since I bought it and no-one has been able to figure it out, even after 4 visits to the dealership There has been a wind noise coming from my 2019 RAM since I bought it and no-one has been able to figure it out, even after 4 visits to the dealership. I was able to pinpoint the noise coming from the sunroof during a recent road trip, so I arranged an appointment with Audrey. He is approachable, listens and truly cares about the customer. He promised that the issue would be resolved and made sure the technicians paid special attention to my case. Sure enough, he called that the vehicle was ready and went over in detail the problems they found and resolved. Audrey always wears a smile and is very kind. This is the type of experience and person that will keep me coming back. More
