Mr. Victor Ugarte, the service rep who handled the affairs for my vehicle, was informative about what services were available to me that were of necessity to take care of. I was either the third or fourth vehicle to be serviced, and my vehicle, which was taken in for an oil change and (I believe) tire rotation, was serviced in less than an hour, I believe. Its funny that I and the service rep knew the air and cab filters were new and clean, the recommendation and expense still came through on the report to change. Also, I felt there was some need to have brake service but they checked out fine. Need to improve on the 2.5 hr wait time for oil change service. I do like using the dealer, cost is fair and any recall notices are addressed as well as the detailed summary report provided. More
