Very I suffcient service I have given the rating I have, due to constant issues with timely service. I have never been in to get a oil change and been out in less than 2 hours I have given the rating I have, due to constant issues with timely service. I have never been in to get a oil change and been out in less than 2 hours. I went in yesterday at 11 for a oil change, and noticed it was the slowest I have ever seen. Even the gentlemen helping me said “You picked a great time to come, we should have you in and out”. To me that was great news due to me being on lunch break. Couple hours later and I am still waiting. I didn’t leave until after 2 that afternoon. Meanwhile you have multiple employees walking around, having a great ol time while you have multiple people complaining about the service and the length of time taken to do so. More

Unlike most dealerships, I was able to walk around the used car lot for 20 minutes without being hounded, which was amazing. When I entered the sales office, I was greeted warmly and met Marcos Hernandez, my sales guy. He was super patient, helpful and enthusiastic. I also met with the manager Abraham who was incredible and helped me make a great deal for my trade in and my purchase. Once we had a deal, Damien Washington was my financing guy and he was the bomb! Jo Wren rocks! I worked with Jo Wren, she went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of and that I was satisfied. I went in last Saturday since I o I worked with Jo Wren, she went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of and that I was satisfied. I went in last Saturday since I only have the weekends to take my vehicle in and was told rudely by a different service person that I had to leave my car and they would look at it to diagnose Tuesday afternoon and that I could pay out of pocket for a rental in the meantime. I went in Monday at 7, Jo got me a rental for the day, made it to work on time, and vehicle was ready by the afternoon and ready for pickup. Absolutely Outstanding! More
