Best Customer Service in Metroplex I've tried other dealership in S Arlington, and one in Burleson. Both left a lot to be desired. Dee is always helpful, and friendly! Third Time Was Not A Charm This was my third purchase from this location, and I'm not sure what was going on this time around, but I was not impressed. When I went in for my thi This was my third purchase from this location, and I'm not sure what was going on this time around, but I was not impressed. When I went in for my third purchase at this particular dealership, all seemed fine. Once I settled on a vehicle, there was an issue with the paperwork and I was told that I would need to sign a new contract. This went on for a couple of days before I decided to give the benefit of the doubt for their error, and signed a new contract with a higher monthly payment. My vehicle did not have a new car detail because once all was said and done, that part of the service center was closed, so I was told to bring it back in - understandable. I sent an email to those I'd been working with to notify them that I'd be bringing the vehicle in to have the Don Davis logo removed from the back of the vehicle, have the new car detail complete since I received the car dirty (weather), to have the left rear tail light replaced (noticed a crack in it once my purchase was complete, and to have the steering column looked at as it was off center (slightly turned to the right) when driving straight. I was informed that all items would be addressed once the vehicle was brought in. After having the vehicle for 2 days, I was finally called to come in and pick up the vehicle. Once I arrived, only the tail light had been replaced and the logo removed. No one looked at the steering column (alignment) or detailed or washed the even dirtier vehicle. I was told I could bring the vehicle in once again to have the detail finally done and the steering column looked at. I guess I'm just disappointed with how stressful this process was for purchasing a brand new vehicle compared to my previous two purchases. I, like most people, work a full time job and don't have the luxury of running to a dealership every other day for items I was clear about before coming in. Overall, I guess everyone meant well, but may have been more occupied with completing the sale and moving on to the next sale, than doing things right the first time. Unfortunately, this location will not be my first choice for my next purchase. More
