He was super personable and actually cares about the costumer. We finally found a car that I love. He made sure I had the best deal... literally, went out of his way to make sure I would be happy. Average Experience Cody was very helpful and friendly. He seemed like he was doing his best to help us and get us the price/payment we wanted. She had a great attitude and made the process easier. Picking up is a different story. We spent about 2 hours at the dealership picking up vehicle as it was not cleaned as promised. I can't remember his name, but the older guy who helped fill out the final forms was fantastic. He helped us talk to the manager about cleaning the car, and was great at explaining the paperwork. I love my Jeep so far! It took awhile to get back on the road after our 2 and half hour drive... but once I was on the road and things were done correctly, it was a good experience. In the future, this dealership could work on making sure cars and cleaned to meet expectations BEFORE the client arrives. More

She came back with a automobile that I really liked. I purchased it the same day and lift my broken care in the shop and they took care of it. I now have a much better vehicle than the one that I took to the shop. More

SUCH DISAPPOINTING SERVICE I took my Truck in for an Oil change. I was greeted by a guy named Tony, I explained my reason for the visit and he then took a look at the dash. I ex I took my Truck in for an Oil change. I was greeted by a guy named Tony, I explained my reason for the visit and he then took a look at the dash. I explained to him that the brake light was on despite no emergency brake being applied. and that it had been doing this every since my last visit for them to do a safety update of some sort due to a recall. He said that he would look into it and give me an update. I also let him know that my battery may need to be charged because I had to jump start my vehicle prior to coming. He asked me if had a warranty and i replied, "yes" , he then tells me he would do some research and update me. He told me to give it about 3-4 hrs. This is around 2pm. I told him that I was going out of town Saturday morning for the 3 day weekend and that I could run some errands until then. I call the service center at about 730-45 pm because I noticed the time and asked for an update on my car. He told me that the " techs hadn't had a chance to complete all the work on the Truck and that it won't be ready until Saturday but more than likely Monday." I asked him what was left to be completed and he replied, " the only thing done was the oil was changed. " I asked him why didnt he call me to let me know that I wouldn't be getting my vehicle back until MONDAY seeing as the service center is about to close soon. His reply was "I became real busy, sorry" I arrive at about 8:00 pm to get my truck. I spoke with the young lady at the in the front when you walk in the service building and expressed my dissatisfaction with the way Tony handled things. He then walks in and tells me that the OIL HADN"T EVEN BEEN CHANGED! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING DONE! The Service department manager is sitting in his office listening to all of this as we are right in front of his door. I have only had this vehicle less than 90 days. When I initially got the vehicle it was on a Friday, but I couldnt take it off the lot till monday due to their slow service department. I only needed a Headlight replacement that they still never completed because I had to bring it back a second time for them to actually replace the bulb. NOT A GOOD START. IM ALREADY LOOKING TO TRADE IN WITH ANOTHER COMPANY . More
