I needed work done on my car but could not afford the cost that I was quoted because it was unnecessarily too high. The service professional told me “I’m sorry the cost was high and he knows other service shops that would charge me cheaper.” That is unfortunate because that tells me Don Davis isn’t in the business of serving all customers that come to their shop and they don’t mind beating people out of their hard earned money by charging extra just to make a few more coins. It’s sad money is more important than good customer service. Good customer service keeps customers coming back. Bad customer service sends customers away. More

Would not own up to damage caused while vehicle was there I dropped my 2013 Challenger off for an airbag recall and when I picked it up I noticed one of the air vents had popped out and would not go back in. I phoned the service manager immediately and he said next time we were in he'd take care of it. My son has the car in Lubbock at college, so when he came back for winter break we took it in for a state inspection and notified the service writer to check the service notes as we had the issue with the air vent. When we went to pick up the vehicle they said they had to order the part and it was not due to the previous service, but due to the dash "enlarging" due to the heat? It was in place when i dropped it off, and not in place when I picked it up. Horrible customer service, to lose a customer over something as simple as an air vent bracket! More

Used 2017 Dodge Charger Sales rep was very courteous in showing the vehicle I was looking at. Of course they try to sell the higher priced vehicle, but when I said it was out Sales rep was very courteous in showing the vehicle I was looking at. Of course they try to sell the higher priced vehicle, but when I said it was out of my price range, he found another - newer, lower mileage, and priced less. Drove it, liked it! The only reason I would NOT give it a 5-star rating is when I came to financing the vehicle. The guy there did not give me the best of try to give me the best rate even though my credit score was immaculate. I had to fight/argue with the guy several times as he went back and forth to lenders. And each time I made more demands since he was not doing the best for me from the beginning. Eventually, they came back with a price I could afford and threw in all the requests I made and then some (if they want to sell cars, I expect more than just a deal). All in all, I was happy with my purchase and really enjoy driving my Dodge Charger! More
