Ridiculous! SALES MANAGER did NOT deliever AFTER SALE! I went up there with my son, he spotted a truck he really liked! We would only buy under the consideration that he would get a bed cover with the Truc I went up there with my son, he spotted a truck he really liked! Monday comes, no cover due to it not fitting..3 weeks later, still don’t have a bed cover!? By this time we’re hassling the sales department & the managers Abraham Escareno and Alex Ward. First they him, it was going to come off another truck, then they said it was being ordered, then it was coming off another truck again? xxx. My son called him, said that he wasn’t getting xxxx until he found one, that it could wait till next year. xxxxty SALES service. More

North Collins Don Davis I dropped my vehicle off on a weekday at 8am. Was told it would take up to 2 hours so got dropped off at work. Never received a call back. I called in I dropped my vehicle off on a weekday at 8am. Was told it would take up to 2 hours so got dropped off at work. Never received a call back. I called in at almost 3pm and was told he had "just" got the keys back. What a poor way to follow up. Granted, my service advisor was not in this particular day and had to use his backup, meaning I was not a priority, which I am assuming is why I was not called in earlier. Especially when what was being done to my vehicle should have been done in only about an hour. More
