Not impressed with lack of communication Went for first oil change, tire rotation and to have front licence plate bracket put on. After approx 1.5 hours they told me our vehicle was ready an Went for first oil change, tire rotation and to have front licence plate bracket put on. After approx 1.5 hours they told me our vehicle was ready and the service rep just handed us the key and didn't show us around the dept or introduce us to the part/accessory area. When we got to vehicle I noticed license plate was still on the dash and was not installed. Went to ask service advisor why the bracket has not been installed and he said since your bumper is metal we could not install it because we cannot drill it, you can buy an after market snap on bracket to put it on. I looked on the internet and no such bracket exists but if one does the dealer should provide it. I have never purchased a new vehicle where they would not put a front license plate bracket on especially one so expensive. If they didn't want to install it at least they could have explained it to me before rushing me out the door because both the salesman and service advisor never told me they could not put it on until I found they didn't install it. More
