Jo saved the day I’ve had a wobble and break problem almost the entire time I’ve had my Jeep. I brought it in once and was told they could not recreate the problem and I’ve had a wobble and break problem almost the entire time I’ve had my Jeep. I brought it in once and was told they could not recreate the problem and simply rotated the tires and sent me on my way. I brought it back and thankfully I was given to Jo as a service advisor. She knew exactly what I was experiencing and said ‘leave it with me for a day and we’ll get you fixed up’. Finally, I’m driving the Jeep I thought I bought. It’s better now than it’s ever been. Seems like some of the advisors and mechanics were not familiar with how to service over sized tires and lift kits on wranglers. Jo saved the day - she was outstanding. I will ask for her every time I come back. More

Lost $500.00 on the deal The dealership accepted my offer for a new Grand Cherokee that did not include the Chrysler Capital bonus cash of $500.00 for financing the auto throu The dealership accepted my offer for a new Grand Cherokee that did not include the Chrysler Capital bonus cash of $500.00 for financing the auto through Chrysler Capital because at the time the dealership accepted my offer there had been no discussion about the financing. After the deal was made then and only then is when I decided to finance through Chrysler Capital. I should have received $500.00 more off of the price but didn't. On the contract they made it look like I received the $500.00 by adding it to the other mfg. incentives but that was not in the agreed on price in the deal that we made. So basically they added it back in on the top end and then subtracted it as Chrysler bonus cash to make it look like I received it. Watch out for these people because it looks like they like to manipulate and move numbers around to make you think you are getting all your incentives. I should have gotten another $500.00 off by financing through Chrysler. Had it not been for this issue I could have recommended this dealership More
