Happy with Eric in sales, not impressed with finance dept. Eric was knowledgeable and professional. I think he did a great job. My only complaint would be when I got with the finance dept (Mike Nienhaus) was Eric was knowledgeable and professional. I think he did a great job. My only complaint would be when I got with the finance dept (Mike Nienhaus) was only able to get my interest rate to 6.9 unless I purchased the extended warranty, then I could get 4.1. My credit score is 801 and I have been on my job for 14 years so I don’t understand why I was being quoted such high interest rates. I am guessing there should be a better source of lending facilities. More

Tried to contact a closer dealership for emergency service... they couldnt get me in until friday... called on monday. Don davis got me in, SAME DAY..., put me in a rental, immediately ....and had the problem solved and returned my vehicle 2 days sooner Than the orher dealer could start looking at my vehicle. Turned out to be a battery (warranty)... so much good to say... not enough time or space. More

Overall happy.. I didn't like how it was like old days going back in forth bidding between me the salesman and the sales manager. I think they were trying to gouge me I didn't like how it was like old days going back in forth bidding between me the salesman and the sales manager. I think they were trying to gouge me at first and didn't give me an honest low price at first. We had to go back and forth playing cat and mouse on a final monthly payment. I thought most dealerships were past this. I haven't bought a new car in almost 15yrs so i could be wrong. Overall I was happy with my price but it took over 3hrs to get the deal done. I would recommend this sales team and dealership though. They were very friendly. More
