We wanted to drive a jeep just to see if it would offer the fun we had with the convertible but give us the practicality we needed. We went to Don Davis Dodge Chrysler Jeep on a Saturday morning. Edgar met us on the lot. My first thought was Oh NO, here comes a sales person, but decided we would tell them exactly what we wanted to do and see how that worked. I told him we just wanted to drive at Jeep, that we were doing our research and that we would not be doing anything until the fall. He said OK. We went for a test drive, actually multiple test drives. He showed us all the stages of Jeep "nakedness". It was awesome and we were sold that a Jeep would be our next new vehicle. They did not worry us to death over the next few months. Edgar did text me once to just see if we were still interested and I told him Yes, but it would be in the October time frame. My husband was searching some stuff on line and put his phone number in (that a no no) and the phone calls started. I just text Edgar and they stopped. We went there on Friday 10/19 and now we have a new Jeep and we LOVE it and only have high praises for all the people we dealt with. Damien Washington was awesome to deal with for the financing. It took a full 2-hours before I got my car back. Several customers who came in after me were gone and I was still waiting. I was the only customer left in the waiting room. After I went to check with my service advisor, I still needed to wait for another 20 minutes before I got my car. The inspection report indicated that my car was done within 45 minutes. But I was kept waiting for more than one additional hour. More
