Happy with Eric in sales, not impressed with finance dept. Eric was knowledgeable and professional. I think he did a great job. My only complaint would be when I got with the finance dept (Mike Nienhaus) was Eric was knowledgeable and professional. I think he did a great job. My only complaint would be when I got with the finance dept (Mike Nienhaus) was only able to get my interest rate to 6.9 unless I purchased the extended warranty, then I could get 4.1. My credit score is 801 and I have been on my job for 14 years so I don’t understand why I was being quoted such high interest rates. I am guessing there should be a better source of lending facilities. More
