I knew what I wanted and the dealership understood, especially Randall Mims. I explained I could only spend little time. He took care of everything! I couldn't get there until late and, while I know he sells cars, he changed his personal plans to meet me. Not only that, but everything was ready to go. After having a smooth quick finance process, he spent a good amount of time going over the features of my Jeep, connected my phone, and showed me some critical items on it. And he knows his Jeeps! It is my opinion that the Extended Warranty Service that I have been paying on for years, made this an unnecessarily extended and slow ordeal. They took over four inspections before deciding to cover the engine replacement- taking almost a month! Don Davis on the other hand, was professional and helpful. More

service dept No matter which vehicle I have taken in to be serviced there is always some type of mishap with them from dings to grease inside . I can even put towels on the seats and when I pick it up the towels are thrown to the back . I love the sales department but the service department not so much. More

There was no pressure, besides my son was coming home from his deployment in Egypt and I was driving his Jeep Wrangler for the past 10 months. HELP!! I NEED A CAR!! Went back in the next day greeted by Amairy Alvarez since Peter was with another customer she helped Peter close the deal. She took me on a test drive. Finished up with Mike Nienhaus with the last of the paper work. Amairy, Peter and Mike where all great. No Pressure!! More
