Long uncomfortable wait The wait time could be better . Once again , I went In for one thing and of course they gave me a list of things I needed for my car (I just purchase The wait time could be better . (Just make the sale huh ) One last thing , the guy who had my keys/ paperwork followed me to the cashier , and WAITED until my transaction went through. I felt weird about that , maybe they thought I wasn’t going to pay . The staff gives off funny vibes . More

Very slow I had an appointment at 8 for an oil change. I left at 10:15. It took over 2 hours when I had an appointment. That is much too long. Beyond Great When I came in I told Peter that I was looking and here is my budget. We looked at several vans and finally chose one. After talking with Peter they priced the car within my budget. They went out of their way to make the sale happen. I am very pleased with everything. More

Not only did he go out of his way to find me EXACTLY what I wanted, but he went the extra mile to make me comfortable in buying my first brand new car. I’d previously heard that buying a new car was stressful. Contrarily, (as a person who works night shift) not only did they work with my schedule... but Marcos G. In the finance department worked with my finances. There was no patronizing talk about trying to put me into a different car like I had gotten at other places. These gentlemen do BUSINESS. We came to an agreement that we could both work with. I came back with my down payment and drove off the showroom floor! From start to finish. This was an experience! Professionals from top to bottom. I felt comfortable and knowing that I have the continued support of the Don Davis family makes me feel confident that not only did I make a good decision but that my vehicle will be properly maintained.
