Surprised by the warm welcome! We were intimidated coming into such a big dealership. After we pulled into Don Davis lot I sat there a moment, I called my mom because I felt we woul We were intimidated coming into such a big dealership. After we pulled into Don Davis lot I sat there a moment, I called my mom because I felt we would probably have a better chance going where my mom went to get her new car at nissan. She said "No! You'll never know if you don't go in." A guy came to greet us he had a warm smile which took the edge off. I was surprised that he was our age. Anthony and my fiance immediately hit it off with their love of Naruto. I think him being our age and his willingness to listen to what we wanted put us at ease. The very next day we picked up our 2018 Dodge Journey. Thank you for being so awesome, Anthony!! More

durango My only complaint with this visit .... is that my durango has tan color interior.... and there is grease on the sun visor and driver door panel. Routine Maintenance For the past 4 years, I’ve always used Don Davis Jeep as my maintenance shop. People that I’ve worked with maintained their professionalism and attent For the past 4 years, I’ve always used Don Davis Jeep as my maintenance shop. People that I’ve worked with maintained their professionalism and attentions to the customer. I’ve had my Jeep Patriot since 2014, and as crazy as I drive this, Don Davis Service Arlington has never let me vehicle break down on me. Shannon the Service Director is great with taking care of my needs without me asking when I’m present there. My service advisor Justin and Mark, is very communicative to his customer and mechanics to always give an update to when my vehicle will be finished. The downside with getting your vehicles maintenance here, there are peak times where waiting for your vehicle take 1-4 hours for 1-2 services. For example, somedays I come in for routine Oil Change, Throttle Body, and or Tire Balance or Allignment, I usually anticipate almost 1/2 a day here. They used to offer loaner vehicles for the day to get you to work, but when policy changed, they resorted to using a Dodge Caravan as a “shuttle” to get you to where you need. They only have one of there, so if multiple customers is in need of using this service, it’ll be awhile until you need to get where you need to go. Besides the wait, there are multiple showrooms at Don Davis to explore the cars, and a waiting room. The most unwanted area to go for me is the waiting room. Sure, there’s coffee, water, TV, magazines, and ergonomic chairs, but it all seems outdated in a way and un-entertaining to wait there. If you sit there, you’re going to feel the need to ask your advisor everytime is your car is ready which I find annoying. Good side to getting your vehicles serviced here is the prices are I deem reasonable. Almost as comparable if you go to a private machanic shop to have the routine things. More
