Time to fire key management The service department here at this store is atrocious. Starting with the advisors who do not tend to detail or provide an high level of service that The service department here at this store is atrocious. Starting with the advisors who do not tend to detail or provide an high level of service that reflects the high prices the dealer charges. I dropped my vehicle off just before 9am for an oil change and rotation. I also asked for a hand car wash as my truck was beyond filthy. I was informed that may 3 hours tops for everything. I went back to work and around 12:30 I call Dee, my advisor. She said she needed to check if everything was completed (unacceptable response). After waiting on hold, she says they were washing it now and it would be ready shortly (unacceptable response as what does shortly mean?). Two hours later I get a call that the car is ready and they send the courtesy van over to get me (the driver was personable and fantastic). Upon arrival, Dee pulls my truck around and my $34.95 hand car wash was a JOKE. They have not even touched let alone washed the running boards or the wheels and tires among other things they missed. There were streak marks in the paint, missed areas clear to the eye, no attempt to get the bugs off the front of the vehicle after a recent trip. $34.95 down the drain. How did Dee not see this? Because, according to her, it was in the shade of the parking garage. A blind person could see this wash job was abysmal. After they bring it back after ‘re-washing’ it (still was an unacceptable washing performance) I needed to get back to work so I did not put up a fuss after that. Once my service plan is over, Don Davis will never touch my vehicle again. When I go to Sewell, Park Place or Grubbs (all places I have bought or shopped for vehicles) the service is second to none. They don’t tolerate mediocrity from their staff. I’ve had vehicle service at both Grubbs and Park Place and I strongly suggest Ron Howard and his step dad Don tear out some pages from these dealer models and hire some of their people to take over the management and training practices at Don Davis CJDR More

Lack of Professionalism When you are greeted by someone anywhere, you expect them to look like they are ready to help you. My experience at Don Davis, the service representat When you are greeted by someone anywhere, you expect them to look like they are ready to help you. My experience at Don Davis, the service representative came out with his shirt wrinkled, tie half heartedly tied, and wrinkled pants. This already threw off my first impression, but I try not to judge a book by its cover. Then the representative started arguing with my wife like she didn’t know what she was talking about. Upon having to step in and resolve this issue, our vehicle was taken for service. 3 hours later we hadn’t received any updates on our vehicle so I had to call it to find out it was ready for pick up... Who knows how long it had been ready, or how long it would’ve been before I recieved a phone call. Upon arrival the price given to me was not what I was told my service would cost over the phone. As far as paperwork, all I was given we’re reciepts of payment. I was unhappy with the experience so I didn’t look at what I was given and left. Once I realized I was missing my paperwork I called up to speak with a supervisor who apparently didn’t think any of this was a serious issue I guess. The supervisor sent over half of the paperwork I was missing, still haven’t received the other half. As far as work done.... they did not tighten the oil drain plug so I had to secure that. Overall I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism from this service center. I will not be coming back. More

Was promised about an hour and a half or so for my oil change (which was fair, as I was behind a few people), however I was there for over 2 hours. I love this dealership, so I will absolutely be back. I just know their standard, so this visit in particular was disappointing. More
