Bad shuttle service I asked shuttle to drop me off at a place. But when there is time to pick up, nobody receving call, finally had to get uber to reach there. I had issues with my tire and they not only took care of the problem they gave me a new one, Justin in the service department is always making us feel important and takes really good care of us. Twice to the dealership from 35 miles away. We carried our Jeep Patriot in because of a check engine light. My code reader said it was the crank timing trigger. The vehicle would die if you tried to accelerate any more that slightly above idle. We told the service manager of our reading. After a few days they called and said it was ready we picked it up as soon as we got on the highway the problem was still there it died. We returned to the dealer and relayed the information. After several more days we received a call that it was repaired. And upon picking up the Jeep we were told it was the crank trigger. Which was never relayed to the mechanic making the initial repair, the first place. The whole experience did not make the best impression. More
