Usually wonderful, great people and service. Not sure if they were just having an off day today since Don Davis is usually spectacular.. but service was lacking in the speed department today. Was promised about an hour and a half or so for my oil change (which was fair, as I was behind a few people), however I was there for over 2 hours. I love this dealership, so I will absolutely be back. I just know their standard, so this visit in particular was disappointing. More

Not only did I receive a higher trade in value at Don Davis Jeep then at other jeep dealers, the salesman was exceptional. I was not in the market for buying a new car, just merely curious. Unfriendly, unhelpful Mark drexel was very unfriendly and not knowledgeable about the what should be easy process of having service done at Don Davis Dodge.
