Express Service Oil Change I have a maintenance agreement on my 2014 Cadillac CTS that was purchase at the time I bought the vehicle. As I do every time the car tells me to, I have a maintenance agreement on my 2014 Cadillac CTS that was purchase at the time I bought the vehicle. As I do every time the car tells me to, I took it in for an oil change. Each time I have taken the vehicle in it has taken an extraordinarily long time to complete the oil change service. This visit it took 2 Hours. I arrived at 7:45 am on Tuesday and there were no vehicle in the drive through and the Service Team greeted me quickly. I understand that there were already vehicles that had been dropped off prior to my arrival, however, I believe the name should be changed from Express Service to something less likely to set customer expectations so high. Dee Phillips was the best part of my visit. Thank you Dee. More
