The extended warranty didn't cover all repairs, When I bought truck 10 month ago, I thought it was bumper to bumper, my bad. Long repair time cost me additional 150$ for rental. My misunderstanding on my warranty made me bias and about overall experience. Good stuff, Mary in service was very understanding, 1 service manager called me cause I was over charged, having paid for core part and Enterprise charged me for full rental anf he took care of refunds, and gave me 10% off repair. Only thing I didn't like about him, was when I met him, he shook my hand, and went right back to doing what he was doing with out even looking up. Maybe that's due to finding mistakes, good for him, finding mine. More

The longest relationship with any service advisor I’ve had was a year. These professional relationships are critical as they enhance the service experience in many ways. More
