2nd time around This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Don Davis Dodge. This time, I initiated the process online as I have been busy being a caregiver to t This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Don Davis Dodge. This time, I initiated the process online as I have been busy being a caregiver to two family members, in addition to returning to the classroom. Those whom I worked with answered as many questions as they could via email which was a huge time saver for me (and kept us all out of this heat). Damian was the first salesman to contact me. Our plan was to get together on Saturday to see if we could close a deal on a 2018 Challenger. Damian had to leave before I could arrive but handed the reigns over to Jim Britton, but he messaged me to tell me that he had pulled the car that I was interested in up to the front. We arrived at the dealership with that beautiful piece of machinery right out front! Mr. Britton was absolutely awesome and patient. I can honestly sat that this was my best car purchase experience with Mr. Britton. The process of having my 2016 Challenger checked out was easy, as well. They knew what I expected when I went there as I had done some homework. I knew that what I wanted as a trade in value was reasonable, and they did not try to low ball on what I said I wanted for the vehicle. The finance team was great, as well. The young man that worked with us found us a great financing rate. He also answered the questions that I had when my tired brain could not get the numbers figured out. The gentleman that did all of the final paperwork was great to deal with, too. And in closing, as we moved the items from my much loved 2016 Challenger, Mr. Britton asked me, again, for the name of my vehicle. I informed him that her name was Boudicca, and he said that he would let the guys over at Pre-Owned know her name. I told him that I hoped that they found someone who would love Boudicca as much as I did. I hugged "her," thanked Mr. Britton, and drove off into the sunset with "Lilith" (2018 Challenger). When I am ready to purchase another vehicle, Don Davis Dodge will be my first stop. Thanks all! More

Bad customer service I purchased a service agreement and the last service person was actually very nice and informed that it was last service that that the could provide I purchased a service agreement and the last service person was actually very nice and informed that it was last service that that the could provide because my agreement would be no longer valid because I was over 36000 miles. He also informed me that I could use conventional oil instead of synthetic. Point being is Terry Davis called me and was very firm about saying telling me that my vehicle HAD to have synthetic oil. I informed him that I was told by one of his employees that I could. Later in the day he called me to tell me my vehicle could use conventional oil but didn't recommend it. I had a accident and my vehicle in the body shop. So being in a accident and having bad service made this ordeal a nightmare. I will NOT be going to Don Davis Service to get oil changes again. More
