Service center review I was told last time I was there my jeep had 4 free oil changes. I was told when I brought it in it would be good to take care of the recall item. When I went back the 4 free oil changes were expired (wasn’t told anything about an expiration before). The jeep was a repo and the don Davis lady said the previous owner had the 4 oil changes. I paid for the oil change and tire rotation. I was satisfied with the work. Everyone was nice. Waiting room was pleasant enough. More

Service Department I brought my vechile in for service ( Oil Change and Saftey Air Bag) they told me that me vechile would be ready in a couple of hours. By the evening I brought my vechile in for service ( Oil Change and Saftey Air Bag) they told me that me vechile would be ready in a couple of hours. By the evening, 7 Hours later, I had to call and ask the status on my vechile. When speaking to the Service Agent, she advised that my car was not done due to the oil change and it wouldn’t be ready until the following day. The next day I arrived to pick up my vechile only to be told that they lost my key and they hadn’t done the oil change. A few hours later, I was told that they found my keys. The communication was horrible along with the experience!!! The service manager seemed to give two xxxxs about the issue! They did not even try to compensate for me having to miss a day of work along with losing my key. More

Amairy is the best !!!!! I have been going to different dealer ship some they didn’t even seem to want to help me in purchasing a vehicle. But once I went to Don Davis and I s I have been going to different dealer ship some they didn’t even seem to want to help me in purchasing a vehicle. But once I went to Don Davis and I spoke with amairy and she was very kind and polite! she started speaking to me and getting my information helped me feel comfortable she was very helpful talked to me about different vehicle and what I could get approved for took me on several test drives and after a few test drives I liked a vehicle and she helped me get approved for it I came out with a new vehicle and happy customer I would higky recommend Amairy !! If it wasn’t for her I would probably still be looking for a vehicle ! More
