3 hours for an oil change!? I made an appointment and was at the service center on time. I had to wait more than 3 hours for an oil change. After two hours I inquired as to the I made an appointment and was at the service center on time. I had to wait more than 3 hours for an oil change. After two hours I inquired as to the remaining time needed and was told that there was an update that might be being done. I explained that no one asked me if I wanted the update done, because I do these myself at home to save time. The service representative said let me go check them returned and said that there wasn’t any updates that were needed. So, I continued to wait. After 3 hours I could see that my Jeep’s hood was done but no one was working on it. I was then told that it was done. I explained that no one had been working on it for the last 20 minutes. 16 minutes later I was allowed to pay the cashier and collect my vehicle. I asked the representative If My expectations were too high. He said to me no that three hours is long to wait for an oil change. No apology, no explanation, this place is awful and I put it all over social media. More

Room for improvement The service I got was okay, but the recommendation for service needed lett me asking if they read a menu on a screen or ever. Needs a 4 wheel alignment and the balance... but I just went thru the expense of putting new tires on my truck under 1,000 ago and they balanced them as well as paid for a four wheel alignment. Even after pointing it out they left it in the service record which doesn’t please me. More

Great car-buying experience. I usually dread buying a car; I don’t like dealing with sales people. Our experience with Don Davis and especially our sales person, Amairy was great. We never felt pressured; we were made to feel comfortable and at ease so we were very confident with our purchase. Alex in Finance made sure we were in and out quickly and efficiently given our time constraints. Over all, a great experience. I highly recommend and will be heading that way on our next purchase. Very slow, no energy, no hustle in the service bay I arrived at the service department about 10:30 am on Thursday, June 28th. I needed following services for my vehicle: synthetic oil change, rotate ti I arrived at the service department about 10:30 am on Thursday, June 28th. I needed following services for my vehicle: synthetic oil change, rotate tires, and a multi-point inspection. It took the service technicians 3 hours to do these services. At 11:30am my car will still not in the bay; it was still parked outside. By 12:15 pm I looked outside and my car was finally lifted up and being worked on. I stood outside and watched the service technician/mechanic drag his feet, walk extremely slow, and even let out a long yawn as he installed a tire on my car. In my opinion there is no energy, hustle, or sense of urgency by the technician/mechanic in the service bay. These are services that would be considered "ExpressLane" services. I really like Don Davis Dodge, their vehicles, and the location. I was very disappointed in the lack of energy and hustle I observed by the technician in the service bay. More

mind readers i went to a couple of dealerships before i came here but immediately loved the atmosphere when i was greeted by damian. After introducing ourselves an i went to a couple of dealerships before i came here but immediately loved the atmosphere when i was greeted by damian. After introducing ourselves and talking numbers, Damian was able to pull a couple of cars that i absolutely loved, while keeping it in my price range. He wasn’t pushy or unreasonable at all, I was lucky to have him as my salesman. I was EXTREMELY grateful to have Marcos Gutierrez from the finance department on my side too. I will be sending everyone I know here to find an amazing car through fantastic people! Thank you guys so much I absolutely adore my new car :) More
