Best Jeep Buying Experience - Hands Down My experience in buying my new Jeep Wrangler from Don Davis was First Class from start to finish. My experience started with General Manager Eric Tima My experience in buying my new Jeep Wrangler from Don Davis was First Class from start to finish. My experience started with General Manager Eric Timani. After deciding that I wanted to custom order my Jeep, Eric walked me through the entire process, laying out every option that was available to me, and providing me with an immense amount of information regarding the benefits of every possible add-on feature. After working through that process, I was 100% sure that I had ordered the exact Jeep I had been working toward for years. After the order was placed, Eric made sure to update me throughout each stage of the process. Once the car was delivered, Eric's assistance through the initial portion of the financing process was paramount. I felt comfortable that my budget was in good hands. My Jeep was ready for pick-up less than 30 minutes after my initial financing call with Eric. When I came to the dealership that night to pick up my Jeep, I was greeted by the very knowledgeable Damian Haye. Damian was waiting for me by my Jeep when I drove up, not knowing when I would arrive. Immediately Damian welcomed me into the Don Davis family as a new member. I received a full tour of my new Jeep. Every question I had was answered before I could even ask. On top of that, Damian provided me with knowledge about the Wrangler brand that I had never heard before, most notably the secret regarding the 7-slot grill. During my brief trip to Don Davis, obviously some paperwork needed to be signed. Business Manager Mike Nienhaus made the process swift and painless. I was crystal clear what I was signing before the pen hit the paper. I did not have to spend more than 15 minutes away from my new Jeep, which really speaks to the finance operation that Director Vince Razuri runs at Don Davis. Before becoming a client of Don Davis, I had previously bought a Wrangler at a competing dealership that left a bad taste in my mouth regarding the car buying process. Differing prices On 26th stopped by for oil change and uconnect software update. Rescheduled for 27th with Audrey who said he believed software update was no charge. No Audrey and service manager said update would be 169 dollars. Got oil change and went home and contacted uconnect and upgraded at no cost. Big difference between 169 dollars and no cost. More
Oil Change and Tire Rotation We purchase the maintenance plan where you get your oil changes and tire rotation are covered. The last 4 times we have been there it has taken over 3 hours each time for the same type of service Oil change and tire rotation. This is with an appointment every time and using the quick service lane. Twice they broke the wheel studs and it took 5 hours each time. The customer service people are polite but the garage service is not timely or efficient. More
