A Nigtmare I just bought a 2018 Challenger in March. My car radio started cutting off me the trunk started opening on it own as well. I took it to Service and the Service rep that assisted me told me that he would reset the system . So me ans my son was there for about 1 1/2 hour. When I left it did it again. When I brought the car back the same rep said that now he would look at it. So I assume he never looked at to being with. I had to have someone else to assist me and a Supervisor. Since this was my second time coming for the same reason and I work 6 days a week I requested a loaner car. So the bring a car full of dog hair and my son has pet allergies so I asked for another car. But just am un happy with this dealership and will go somewhere else to service my car. More

When it came time to finance we were sent to Alex Ward, who was equally as fantastic as Cody was. Alex made the financing process truly a breeze. I would highly recommend Don Davis to anyone for new or used cars or truck. A dealer I hope to do business again with in the future. Bad experience! I called to see if they can program an E.C.M for Dodge durango. They indicated Yes . I towed my Durango and they wanted more than they said in first I called to see if they can program an E.C.M for Dodge durango. They indicated Yes . I towed my Durango and they wanted more than they said in first place. Turn out they were not able to program the E.C.M and manager said they don't do that service . I had to pay the diagnostic that they insisted it needs to find out what was wrong with it. It Needs a reprogrammed E.C.M .Just What I told Them it needed. I wasted $350 For the tows and diagnostic that if they would of said they didn't do that service in first place when I called . I have always been a dodge fan but I will never buy a dodge no more . Bad attitude by service rep. More

Highly recommend Don Davis if your looking for a pre-owned or new vehicle. Again just an example we mentioned the front tires may need to be replaced soon on our Dodge Journey we just purchased. Marcos our salesman had both front tires changed out in nothing flat. Definitely the easiest car buying process I’ve been through. Not to mention they had great sale going on the weekend we made the purchase! More

Terrible experience My wheels and tires were stolen off of my car. My insurance got involved. I have a picture of the documents and it doesn’t specify an 18 tire. The agent keeps saying that I knew of the 18 but I told the rep that it was a 20 inch tire..... I have bought my car there and have also told people about the dealership but I will NOT be going back and when it is time for me to get another car I will take my business elsewhere!! Not happy with Don Davis More
