I financed a car for my Daughter, Earl Manuel who was our sales person, asked us what we wanted, what price range, miles, year etc. Granted most of this is what most dealers will ask, what set Earl apart in my book, he shown us a few autos to gauge our interest, did not try to pressure a sale or upgrade, or put us in something we did not want. The car we settled on was exactly what we wanted, full tank of gas, detailed and the few items we had questions on he did not mix words, he had them scheduled to be taking care of. The reason this is not 5 stars is not because of Earl, it has to do with the Finance department, I had a pre-approval and did not want my application shopped around and was assured this would not happen, 2 months later I am still getting letters from banks referencing the application, irritating. More
