Great experience from introduction to purchase and beyond Like most people in the market, I did extensive research online. I was using all the car finder apps as well as reading the consumer report magazines Like most people in the market, I did extensive research online. I was using all the car finder apps as well as reading the consumer report magazines for used cars. I had narrowed down to a handful of SUVs that I was interested in. Over the several months I researched I found a used SUV I was interested in at Don Davis Auto Group. I drove out there just to check it out in person at my own leisure. After parking and looking at the car on the lot a friendly sales representative came to speak and offer his help. Rudy Garcia was very helpful and I never felt pressure. Rudy allowed me time to see anything I was interested in. While I wasn't in love with the SUV I sought out from online, I came across another entirely different SUV...not so different...but a different make. After much thought and leaning more towards this, Rudy helped get me in it for a test drive. After more consideration, Rudy and his manager, Syed, quickly provided me with a fair (actually generous) offer for my trade in. Rudy was patient with me as I'm not fast to make big decisions. Luckily the car was still available when I finally came around. Once I decided to move forward with purchase, it was an easy process to go through with the purchase and leave with my new (used) car. Without going into to much detail...I'd like to just compliment Rudy and the entire sales and finance team at Don Davis Auto Group. They understood the importance of me being happy with my ride, and were very helpful in making the actual purchase feel fair and honest. I feel great about my purchase and 2 weeks since driving away I'm still extremely happy with the experience. Rudy even came in on his day off to help me close on this since it was the best day for me to visit the dealership to finalize. So, in summary, I would buy again from this team. More
