No- Nonsense dealer. Fast & Friendly I had done my research before I went into the dealership so it was really just a price thing. The sales staff & manager(Abraham) were very fast & effi I had done my research before I went into the dealership so it was really just a price thing. The sales staff & manager(Abraham) were very fast & efficient. It took no longer than an hour from the time I went in to order it until I drove out. When the truck arrived, they were very quick about getting me in to take delivery.Ernest Garza(sales) was a model of efficiency. He covered the sales paperwork quickly but I didn't feel rushed. When I had questions,he stopped & got answers quickly. After the financing was completed, Ernest spent a good deal of time explaining all the trucks features & functions. He also called a couple hours after to make sure I hadn't had any issues. He again said that if I had any trouble in the future, he'd be happy to help. The finance guy was great too. I really felt like he got us the best rate out there. He was personable but I didn't feel like he was wasting my time. My family really likes Mopar vehicles but we also love the way the dealers treat you. We always leave feeling like we got a good vehicle at a fair price & service is always great. This deal was no exception! More

He HELPED us find the automobile that would best fit our needs, made sure that we understood each step of the process during our purchase, and then finally during the entire time we spent with Jason ( about 3hrs) I felt as if we had his entire attention! Awesome experience through and through Our transaction actually started at the beginning of August but things just didn't work out at that time frame. However toward the end of the month we received an e-mail from them talking about some of the deals and features of the trucks that were going on now, so we contacting our sales rep Ernest Garza again to see if maybe now was a good time to try with different search options. I sent the initial contact in on a Wednesday evening (late) was contacted by Ernest on Thursday morning stating that he was pretty sure he could get us into 1 of the 2 options we were originally looking for now due to all the incentives and rebates and such going on due to the Labor Day and Month End deals. He started working on it, found a vehicle that would match our needs and we walked into the dealership on Thursday evening, spent about an hour between test drive and paperwork then drove it home. I can not be any more pleased with the dealership, Alex in Finance, or Ernest in Sales than I am at this point in time. We will continue to use Don Davis for our dealership as long as they keep the high standards of customer service and ethics up. The entire process was completely painless and actually enjoyable. Koodos to Don Davis for all of the hardworking excellent customer driven people that they have working for them. Keep up the good work. We know we will also have excellent service through them as we have used them in the past on our 100th anniversary charger and were completely encouraged, informed the entire time, and comfortable with the quality of the work done by them and the care that they took with our car, so I know that we will receive the same level of customer service on this truck too. Bad business practices On June 27, 2017 I purchased a 2013 Dodge Journey from Don Davis. I just moved to the DFW area and started school and 2 jobs. So reliable transportati On June 27, 2017 I purchased a 2013 Dodge Journey from Don Davis. I just moved to the DFW area and started school and 2 jobs. So reliable transportation was really important. 1 week later the vehicle began to overheat. I called Earl, my dealer, to tell him and i brought it in. He looked under my hood and suggested i should put anti freeze in it. So i did such amd the problem went away for approximately 2 weeks. I called Earl once again, to inform him of the problem and that i would be bringing the vehicle in again. He said he'll have the service shop look at it. I waited a little over 2 hours for him to return and say they couldn't find any leaks and they didn't know what to do. At this point, I began to get frustrated. Slightly at them but more so at myself. I began telling myself i bought a lemon. I put more anti-freeze in the vehicle and the problem stopped (but i knew it was only a matter of time before it happened again) for a good week or 2. When the problem arose again, I figured because of my time in the military that if I don't get proactive, I'll lose the vehicle eventually. I stopped driving it immediately and began troubleshooting. The fans still worked, so i knew it wasn't that. I examined the radiator, to where i found no leaks, no debris and a flow through the hoses. I went to AutoZone and bout some tools so that i can change the thermostat, No change. I then changed the temperature sensor, no change. I read over my contracts over and over again in fear that I bought and is stuck with a lemon. I wasn't even 60 days in everytime i took it up there, they acted like I must be wrong or something because the problem should've been handled the first time. This past Tuesday I was going to pay to tow it there but my insurance covered that. As i waited on word about my vehicle, no alternatives for transportation was given to me. Well until on Friday when they called and said they would have to pull one of the heads. I was trying to use lyft to go to work and class so i wouldn't miss class or lose my job. Sadly that was very expensive and I could not sustain that type of travel for more than 2 days. Also the service person didn't inform me that I could get a rental through enterprise and the finance company would pay for it and all i needed was a 50 dollar deposit until Friday. Would've been nice to know Tuesday because by Friday, all of my money was GONE due to me having to pay for lyfte and buy parts and tools. The Friday i speak of is August 25, 2017. Today is August 28, 2017 and i had to be let go from my jobs as well as I am falling behind rapidly in my schooling. I don't wish this situation on anyone and i hope that I am just a 1st and last for them. If you plan to buy a vehicle, I honesty hope that you search more dealers and be less trusting than I was. I pulled up and there it was front and center. he greeted me in less than a minute or so. he called me out by name and introduced himself. the car looked great and we took a test drive. and even though the price was a no haggle price(it was already lowered from original) it was a great deal. so the paperwork starts in motion as with any car purchase. but Tek makes it effortless. he knows why you're there and doesn't waste your time. not pushy not laid back just right. thanks Tek More
