The most pleasant buying experience From making an appointment for a test drive with Jeff, through negotiating the price with Eddie, to finalizing the deal at the financial department - From making an appointment for a test drive with Jeff, through negotiating the price with Eddie, to finalizing the deal at the financial department - it was one of the best (and fastest) car buying experiences in my life. Every employee of the dealership I dealt with was polite, highly professional and attentive to my needs. I was able to test-drive the exact car I wanted, negotiate a grate price for the new vehicle, received a fair amount for the trade-in, and arrange the best financing deal possible - all in less than three hours. Jeff Kelley, Sales Representative, did a perfect job presenting the new vehicle and explaining how all the new features work. He also took our old car for look-over and value estimation to the service department, which was done at no time. The best part was Jeff inviting New Car Manager Eddie Elqutob to talk over the price. No usual waste of time coming and going "to talk to my manager", the annoying tactic so common when buying a car. I was able to deal with decision-maker directly and to negotiate the price to our mutual satisfaction. Grate move, again, very professional. That's what car buying should be. More
