Every employee of the dealership I dealt with was polite, highly professional and attentive to my needs. I was able to test-drive the exact car I wanted, negotiate a grate price for the new vehicle, received a fair amount for the trade-in, and arrange the best financing deal possible - all in less than three hours. Jeff Kelley, Sales Representative, did a perfect job presenting the new vehicle and explaining how all the new features work. He also took our old car for look-over and value estimation to the service department, which was done at no time. The best part was Jeff inviting New Car Manager Eddie Elqutob to talk over the price. No usual waste of time coming and going "to talk to my manager", the annoying tactic so common when buying a car. I was able to deal with decision-maker directly and to negotiate the price to our mutual satisfaction. Grate move, again, very professional. That's what car buying should be. More

I have left a story book of a review before about this dealership, and I don't think that I can genuinely say enough about it. Tek Doko is the gentleman that is our sales personnel. Tek has been with us from the very beginning. He always checks in, calls to say happy birthday, and has genuinely become a part of our family. He did not just sell us a car! Tek is one of the most genuine sales personnel I have ever met. As a fellow sales person myself he is a part of why Don Davis is successful. I have worked with other sales people from Don Davis, and there have all been friendly, welcoming and professional, but Tek is the only one we will go and truly buy from. Please know that Don Davis's goal is to ultimately get you in what you need. Every time we have purchased a car from them it just gets easier. They know us, they know our story and Vince in the finance department is always done all he can with the banks from the tough situation the first time we walked into now when we were in a way better shape money and credit wise, and relationship with the banks we loan from. Nicole has been the lady in the fiance department for the last two cars that we bought and she is always a pleasure to work with as well. What's cool at this dealership is that while we started at the Chrysler dealer, the salespeople have the ability to sell from the other Don Davis sales floors, so that's how I got my Ford Escape. I was very choosy about the vehicle not being a "normal color," and they went above and beyond the call of duty to find one that I just love. I did have to wait a few days for it to arrive, but they told me that up front and it was totally worth it! Upon its arrival, they showed me all of the bells and whistles and even synced my phone for me. They gave top dollar for my trade in,and gave me a FANTASTIC price. Josh and Chad were so kind! There have been a few clunkers, but not many. I met the General Manager, Eric Timani,last Thursday. He explained a lot of things that buying a newer car could bring to the table for my little girl. Among them: Responsibility, establishing her credit, and dependability. He then thumbnailed what they would do for me, should I decide to go that route. I was impressed My daughter, wife, and I showed up the next day. I introduced them to the Service Director, Shannon Buie, who made us feel right at home. If I'm going to turn my daughter over to a service department, it will be headed by a man like Shannon, because with him there will be no question of integrity. Next, we met our salesman, Shaun Braun. This young man took the time to show us several different models we were interested in. Never rushing us, and always able to answer all questions that we had. My little girl found the car of her dreams,and a deal was made. Painless and with no jockeying, She had a car, and a payment. Cesar Chavez, the finance agent, didn't try to sell us a bunch of extra stuff. He took care of the paperwork, including the gap insurance in a friendly, efficient, and rapid manner!
