Terry Coleman was such a nice man, very personable with a really great attitude. I'm a bit of an oddball & a couple of months ago, my husband asked if I'd like to talk about a new car. We saw a Renegade review somewhere that in not so many words said "If you're looking for quirky & fun, then this is your car". I said "You know me, I want something funky & orange". Left it at that. Sunday night, the hubby asks again & jumped on Don Davis website. Voila, Jeep Renegade in ORANGE!! Went after work on Monday, asked about car. Terry grabbed keys & took my daughter & me for a little drive. I test drove it not even 10 minutes, and that was MY car!! Paperwork was pretty fast, traded in our Terrain and got a good deal; the best part is our payment only went up 3 dollars!!! Nicole in financing was funny & sweet; very knowledgeable & got our interest rate even lower than what we had previously. Also got 3 years of free oil changes, 1 year free Sirius, & several other year long benefits for our Jeep that are at no cost. We LITERALLY couldn't have asked for anything more, we felt very well taken care of during our visit. Never felt like just another sale. Will DEFINITELY recommend Don Davis to everyone. Literally the best Car experience I have ever had. So in a nutshell I came to Don Davis with no money down and a car that I was 8,000 upside down with a car that was worth only 1500, and a recent hail So in a nutshell I came to Don Davis with no money down and a car that I was 8,000 upside down with a car that was worth only 1500, and a recent hail storm didn't help the condition either. No other dealership would help me or work with me, but Earl Manuel listened to me. He cared about my situation and they all genuinely wanted to help me. And what I figuredo out Earl was willing to go above and beyond for me and that's exactly what he did. With the help of Earl Manuel and Don Davis they put me in a 2015 Chrysler 200 with only 30,000 miles.. warranty everything!! And they kept my payments down including Gap Insurance. These people will take care of you. I have never written a review for anybody but this dealership deserves that. I would recommend them to anyone. And when you go, make sure you as for Earl Manuel. He is highly recommended for a reason. More

Honest, Attentive, Good Listeners, and Very Professional I could use more adjectives in the title of this review to describe our experience, but the characters were limited. We had just stepped out of the car and were immediately greeted by Chad Walker. I warned him we were tough buyers and that this was not the first dealer we visited. We walked out of several negotiations. But it was a routine maintenance visit to the Don Davis service department which convinced us to drive here, from San Antonio, TX. We briefly explained what we were looking for, our price range, and desired features. Chad immediately understood what we wanted. As we waited for Chad to retrieve the 2016 Jeep Cherokee of choice, the friendly management greeted us inside and offered refreshments. The entire process took less than three hours (mostly because of our chatty conversations). Needless to say, Don Davis was just as we suspected; our final stop. We could not be any more satisfied with this honest, attentive, patient, and very professional team of people. Aside from Chad and the Sales Management, special thanks to Nicole and Vince in Financing for making the magic numbers happen. If you read this review, don't go anywhere else. More
