I was there a long time and nearly froze to death in the showroom office, but we were able to come to terms with what I knew fit my budget. He was very professional, very nice and was not aggressive. Ladies, he did not try to show me the proverbial make-up mirror or ask me if I needed to do any consulting with my husband (who was not with me..). Women buying on their own know how insulting that is. He took care of ordering a spare tire for my vehicle and connected me with the correct service personnel to take care of it I arrived to pick it up. They were also very helpful. If he's still there when my husband is ready for his next Dodge Ram, he'll be who we go to first. Thanks, Josh. Just a quick positive note also for Ty.. I arrived before Josh was scheduled to be there so he answered several questions and began showing me the differences between different Jeep Cherokees. I can't remember the name of the young man from the finance department who finished out my paperwork. His name may have been Ceasar. He was also very nice and professional. Explained various warranty options but was not aggressive in trying to sell them, which I appreciated. He also took the time to recalculate payments on different payment schedules so I could make notes on the amounts, in the event I choose to accelerate my payments. More

He recommended I ask for his sales associate, Raul Castillo. Raul was relaxed and professional, never pushy. He was knowledgeable on the vehicle and helped me get comfortable with the purchase I eventually made. I was offered a fair trade-in on my vehicle and settled on an exceptional price for the truck I purchases. I made the drive from Frisco, where I live, to the dealership in Arlington; an hour drive. I'm glad I did. More
