Awesome Buying Experience My brother was in town for the weekend and he and I went to Don Davis on the spur of the moment to look at SUV’s. I was in the market to buy a vehicl My brother was in town for the weekend and he and I went to Don Davis on the spur of the moment to look at SUV’s. I was in the market to buy a vehicle but had not planned to buy one that day. We drove into the dealership and looked (still in our vehicle) at the Dodge Durango’s on the lot. As I was backing up, I saw someone coming toward me through my rear view mirror. He introduced himself as Bob. My brother and I introduced ourselves and I told Bob that I decided to start to look at vehicles since I had my brother in town to look with me. I informed Bob that I had recently got over a very serious illness and walking was still a problem for me. He went above and beyond to reduce the amount of walking I had to do and asked several times if we wanted something to drink. I took a second look at the SUV’s and one stood out from all the others. Bob got the keys and had me sit in the SUV while he explained how everything worked and answered all my questions. On the test drive he answered additional questions that I had thoroughly. Once we got back to the dealership, he drove the vehicle as close to the front door of the dealership as possible, so I did not have to walk a long distance to his office. After test driving the vehicle, I decided that I really loved everything about the vehicle. We went to his office and did the paperwork. He and my brother found that they had a lot in common. There was no haggling involved. Once we had decided on an acceptable price, Bob took us over to finance and I had the pleasure of working with Caeser Montelongo. Not only was Caeser very cordial, he was very knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all my questions and I had a few. He went above and beyond to get me the financing that I was comfortable with. Seeing that I did not plan to buy a vehicle that day, I did not bring my checkbook. I informed Caeser of that fact and he told me that was not a problem. He let me take the car home and Bob came to my home to pick up the check the following Monday. Now that’s what I call service. Bob Getz made my buying experience a very enjoyable one. He was great in that he listened to what I had to say, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in and he answered all of my questions, and above all he wasn’t pushy. I also had a great experience with the Caeser in the financing department as well. The two of them make an awesome team. I left the Don Davis with the SUV that I wanted, the price that I wanted to pay, and had the opportunity to work with a great salesman and finance manager. No one could have told me that morning that I was going to buy a vehicle that day, but because of the great salesmanship by Bob Getz and the finance expertise by Caesar (not only were they knowledgeable, but they were professional and also knew how to treat their customers) I left a very satisfied customer. I will definitely highly recommend Bob Getz to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle and Caeser Montelongo for financing the vehicle. Lastly, my brother was so impressed with the service that I received that he is talking about buying a vehicle for his business from Bob. More

The reason the deals alway fell through was because the sales men seemed to always try and take advantage of my mother and I because we were women and assumed we didn't know much about cars. The last dealership we visited was Don Davis and Josh Stewart approached my mother and I. He was so chill and laid back and seemed like a pretty up front guy. His approach to selling us cars was not being the rude sketchy sales men that we were used to. He was a genuine guy and every hurtle we asked him to jump through he did it and then some.
