Beyond Excellent I wasn't even inside the dealership for 10 seconds before there was a salesperson greeting me. Mr. Ty Miller is an amazing salesperson. I told him exactly what car I was looking for which was a 2015 Dodge Challenger. I told him I wanted it to be black or silver & with leather seats. That's when he proceeded to ask me if I wanted heated seats/steering wheel & if I wanted a touchscreen. When I answered yes, he told me that he had the perfect car in mind. It took about 5 minutes to get the paperwork started. After we completed the paperwork, he drove the car around & it was love at 1st sight. We then took it on a test drive while he explained ALL of the features the car had. After I'd driven it & decided that's what I wanted he took me to the financing office & that's where the actual paperwork started. The process went very smooth & quickly. Needless to say, I purchased a brand new 2015 Dodge Challenger. I highly recommend anyone looking for a car to go to Don Davis. The staff is very friendly & willing to help. Whenever I decide to purchase another car, I'll definitely be back to Don Davis. More

My sales representative, Randall Mims went above and beyond after the sale to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The service department installed bumper inserts that had been previously ordered on the vehicle a week after the purchase and I was in and out in about an hour. This was the first vehicle I ever purchased from Don Davis and I will never go anywhere else. If you have always wanted to buy a Jeep, I would strongly recommend going to see them. Purchase new Jeep Renegade I went in to have my car serviced and was talking with my service advisor Jeff Jutzi so we went and looked at the new Renegades since he knew I wasn't I went in to have my car serviced and was talking with my service advisor Jeff Jutzi so we went and looked at the new Renegades since he knew I wasn't completely satisfied with my current Jeep. I found a Renegade that I like so he went and got a sales representative Bob Getz. We went on a test drive, Bob explained all the Renegade features. He listen to what I had to say about what I was looking for and what I did not want. I liked the feel of the Jeep and was more what I was looking for. Between Jeff and Bob answer all my question I decided to purchase the Renegade. Eddie in Management was very helpful in working with me to keep within the range I was comfortable with. I would recommend Bob as a salesmen and Jeff as a service advisor they were both really listened to what I had to say and very patient with me. I would recommend Don Davis to anyone that is looking for a vehicle all of the staff is very courteous, friendly and professional. Thank you all for your help in finding my new Jeep. More

Awful sales staff On June 11, 2015 I contacted Don Davis Dodge Chrysler and Jeep about purchasing a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I spoke with a member of the sales staff a On June 11, 2015 I contacted Don Davis Dodge Chrysler and Jeep about purchasing a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I spoke with a member of the sales staff and they informed me they had the vehicle on the lot I was interested. I then began the drive from Tulsa, OK to Arlington TX. I received a handful of phone calls during my trip down from the dealership, confirming my appointment for a test drive. About 45 minutes away from arriving I received a phone call from the sales manager informing me the vehicle had sold. While I was upset, I could hardly blame the dealership for selling a vehicle. A few days later I was browsing Auto Trader and noticed the vehicle was still listed, so I went and checked the Don Davis website where the vehicle was still listed as well. I then contacted the dealership and asked whether the vehicle was still available, they said Yes. This dealership wasted my time and money because of their incompetence. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. More
