If you are thinking about purchasing a car at don davis auto group then earnest garza is all you need to know. I was able to pay nothing down and leave with a 2015 dodge challenger!!!!! The finance department was amazing too. I was pleasantly greeted by Ceasar and he was able to be up front with me about the numbers and note. Best Car Salesman Experience EVER! As soon as I stepped on the Don Davis car lot, I saw a salesman start to approach my husband and me. I immediately walked up to him and said, "Hi, I'm As soon as I stepped on the Don Davis car lot, I saw a salesman start to approach my husband and me. I immediately walked up to him and said, "Hi, I'm Katie, and we are just looking." I had no intent on purchasing a car that day. I just wanted to look. A man, with a very warm smile, held out his hand and introduced himself as Bob. He let me know he would wait in the shade while I looked around. I didn't believe he would wait for me, no other car salesman had ever listened to me before! It's hard enough to buy a car, but even harder when you are female. I have been looking for a new car for a few months, and never left a dealership with one because I always felt as though the salesperson was selling to my husband, and not me. After some time looking at the selection of Jeeps, I asked Bob if I could drive one. Bob was so thorough with the explanation of how each option of the Jeep I was test driving worked. We drove throughout the neighborhood and on the highway. It was the longest test drive I had ever been on. I was so appreciative of the time that Bob took to explain the Jeep's features, the advantages of each one and so forth. I decided that the Jeep was not for me. Deep down, I have always wanted a Dodge Challenger. Bob and I took another test drive. I thought that he would just let me cruise around the block in the Challenger. This was not the case. Once again, Bob took the time to explain all the different features that the Challenger I was in offered. He not only took the time to explain how everything worked, but he made sure that I knew how everything worked! If you had asked me when I woke up that morning if I was going to buy a car that day, I would have laughed in your far. In all honesty, if Bob Getz was not my sales person that day, I probably would not have. Bob sold this car to me, not my husband. Bob answered my questions thoroughly. I truly believe that Bob is an asset to the Don Davis Auto Group. He has earned a lifetime customer in me, and in a few months, we will be back to purchase another car from him, this time for my husband. I want the Don Davis Auto Group to know that they have a remarkable person working for them, one who is fair, honest and kind. I left he dealership driving a brand new 2015 Dodge Challenger, my dream car all thanks to Bob! More

Service department is negligent BEWARE of their service department. I took minivan in for a problem that was causing a rough idle and shifting. They said they couldn't replicate the BEWARE of their service department. I took minivan in for a problem that was causing a rough idle and shifting. They said they couldn't replicate the issue and said everything was fine. I was back their two weeks later because it only got worse. It was text book bad cylinder head causing misfire which should have been caught the first time. They replace it and I pick it up right before I go on vacation. I drive it for essentially the first time a week later out of town and when I'm driving in my in-laws neighborhood the van just shuts down on me. I get out and it is dumping fuel out on the street. I have it towed to local dealership and it ends up Don Davis didn't put the fuel line on properly. If it came off while on the highway that could have resulted in major injuries to my children because I would have essentially had no control of van since all power shut down which includes power steering and brakes. There service department is sloppy which could eventually cost someone their lives. STAY AWAY! More
