Outstanding My wife and I walked in around 1:30 and met with Bob Getz. After telling him what I was looking for he arranged a test drive for the Chrysler 300 and My wife and I walked in around 1:30 and met with Bob Getz. After telling him what I was looking for he arranged a test drive for the Chrysler 300 and the Dodge Charger. Both cars were high quality cars but my wife wanted comfort and quiet. Prior to our arrival I gave Bob the high end we wanted to spend and after a short visit they brought me back a number $2100.00 lower than mine. I obviously took the deal, but after Bob took us to financing to meet with Cesar, he was able to cut my interest down to just about half, which allowed me to add the 100,000 mile warranty as well as the maintenance and key replacement plans and still come out with a monthly payment lower than we had with the pre-approval we walked in there with. My name is Jeff I'm 53 years old. Over my lifetime I have bought somewhere in the neighborhood of 12 or 13 new vehicles ( all Ford or Lincoln products) and this by far the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience hat I have ever had. Because of the way Bob treated my wife and myself I would have gone back to Don Davis. But after what was done for us by Cesar in financing Don Davis has 2 customers for life, If this is an indication of the type of people the Davis auto group hires I would strongly urge anyone that reads this review to check any of the Davis dealerships. Look up Bob and Cesar both, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Guys!!!! More

I worked with Charlie Owen, who I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a new/used vehicle. He was able to answer all of my questions and was easy to work with throughout the buying process. He made good vehicle recommendations based on my needs and price range and I could tell he really knew a lot about cars. This was my first time going through the car buying process, and I couldn't be happier with how things turned out! I went and test drove cars from several dealerships, but ultimately felt the most comfortable dealing with Charlie and Don Davis. More

Buying the vehicle was easy, their follow up is HORRIBLE. I bought a certified used vehicle 2 months ago and it has been in the shop 2 times for mechanical problems. I still have paper tags on the vehicle and I bought a certified used vehicle 2 months ago and it has been in the shop 2 times for mechanical problems. I still have paper tags on the vehicle and I have called 3 times about the tags. I was told they will call me back shortly once they find out but never received a return call. I work long hours and don't have time to keep going to and from the dealership and now my tags are expired, which means I can not legally drive the vehicle. I call the day they expired and was told they will call me back in 15 minutes (that was at 11:30 am), and again I did not get a return phone call. I know they have my number because they had no problem reaching me when my vehicle repair was done and about giving them great reviews on this service. The car buying itself was not bad, they were friendly, helpful. and polite. In summary, I know when you buy a used vehicle there could be issues so that is not why the dealer ship will not see my business again, it was the fact once you buy a vehicle, they did not follow through to the finish line. It has been a fight to get by tags (which I still don't have) and they do not return calls as promised. Now I can not legally drive a vehicle that I paid for. It is unprofessional and disorganized.
