Great Sales Guy but Lying Finance Department I hate the beat down you normally take buying a car. I felt NONE of that with my sales guy Abraham Escareno. He made this the absolute BEST and EA I hate the beat down you normally take buying a car. I felt NONE of that with my sales guy Abraham Escareno. He made this the absolute BEST and EASIEST buying experience I could have ever asked for. They had to go to Belton, MO to get the vehicle I wanted, and they DIDN'T charge me a dime for it. Another dealer wanted $795 to go get it. They got me the vehicle and delivered it to me 2 days earlier than promised. They put it on the showroom floor with a nice bow and balloons so I could surprise my wife. I could not be happier with how this purchase went. Finance LIED to me and forced me to buy things I didn't want by using a bully tactic. When I was in with finance they kept telling me if I removed certain add on's, Keyguard, extended warranty, prepaid service, etc... that my INTEREST would go UP as adding these packages give you a discount on your rate. My vehicle is financed through Chrysler Credit and I called them today and they told me they have never heard of this! So the finance department clearly LIED to me to get some $$$ in their pockets.. They also kept trying to KNOCK the Jeep I was buying by keep asking me to buy the extended warranty because Jeep Patriots have electrical issues that are over $3000 to repair, so the warranty protects you. I would have referred people to this dealer but I won't now. It's sad that they have to LIE and Threaten you with your interest rate to just get another vehicle onto their metrics that they are judged by. They are no better than any lying used car salesmen!!! So the sales guy was awesome but the finance department ruined this sale for me and absolutely ruined me ever coming back as a customer, period. More

Furthermore, dishonest dealers use emails and call just to attract traffic to the dealer and then LIE TO CUSTOMERS by adding "options" that they never mentioned and that those increase the price. Then, here is Don Davis! What a difference! They excel customer relationship management. If you got an internet price they will honor it and most important you are paying the most convenient prices in the DWF area. YOu can definitely trust them with no last minute pricing policy changes.
