No pressure customer service....wins the day! I was incredibly surprised with my experience, and am loving my Cherokee! Reminded me of my last purchasing experience, which was a Volvo. At Don Davis it was a 3-4 week process and Caroline was literally in her first week there when I first stopped in. What I loved most was the no pressure approach and her patience with me. We were also impressed with the fact that...when we had a question, if she didn't know the answer she was quick to pull in one of her managers. Got the price that I wanted, thanks to Alex and Eddie, and their sincere management style. The service was so good, my husband is thinking about getting a Jeep as well in the future.
