Outstanding Service Josh had such a great attitude and went above and beyond to help us get the car we fell in love with. I actually went in for an oil change on my Ram, and began looking around where the model of my fiance and my dream car was at. As soon as Josh began helping me, I noticed he was very friendly, outgoing, and understandable. He then began to explain to me how I could trade in the Ram to get my car, we began doing paperwork and everything needed to figure out if it was going to be possible to get this car. Everything was great until he told me I'd need a down payment, getting back from a vacation a down payment wasn't really going to be possible at the time, so it was as if I got my hopes up then just brought back down. So I thought that was it came home in my Ram figured I was stuck with it for more years to come, until I received Josh's phone call the following day. He had great news for me, he told me it was possible to get THE dream car without the down payment. As soon as my fiance got off work we headed that way and sure enough we drove off in our 2014 Dodge Charger. Josh, the salesman who delivered the vehicle, even went the extra step to give me a thorough walk through with my new Jeep and point out major changes from my 2010 Jeep to my new 2014 Jeep. This was our first visit to Don Davis and our first Chrysler vehicle ever. We had by far the best experience purchasing this Jeep than any other vehicle we have purchased in the past. The one thing that stands out for me is that the entire staff listened to what I wanted and did not try to steer me in another direction from what I wanted originally.
