This was our first visit to Don Davis and our first Chrysler vehicle ever. We had by far the best experience purchasing this Jeep than any other vehicle we have purchased in the past. We worked with Kimberly and Abraham and both were knowledgeable and professional. To be quite honest, everyone working that day including the financial department were great to work with. The one thing that stands out for me is that the entire staff listened to what I wanted and did not try to steer me in another direction from what I wanted originally. Listening to what the customer wants will always be the best way to do business. I was also pleasantly surprised by the final price of the vehicle. I called with a particular truck picked out, after talking on the phone with Larry he had the truck moved out front ready for me to drive and checkout when I arrived. We drove up on the lot for a specific vehicle we seen online and as soon as we got out of the car boom there was Rachel. She welcomed us with a wonderful hello and she was ready to help us with our needs. we told her about the vehicle and it turned out they no longer had it, so Rachel said she could help us find more cars that we might be interested in. One of the greatest people I have ever done business with. She did exactly what we wanted, she asked all the right questions, and stayed within our price range. She also made it a point to get on a personal level with us by talking about us and our family and this helped us take the pressure off of the whole buying process. Rachel was exactly what every car buyer wants when shopping for a new car. Now while Rachel was looking up stuff like car fax and getting paper work ready we had the privilege of meeting Stewart little. He would come keeps us company and make us feel at home while we waited. Between the two we felt like we were at home, not shopping for a new car. When we finally figured out what we wanted we got to meet Mike. At this point in time it was almost 10:30 pm, but yet mike welcomed us like we were the first customer of the day, and helped us out until the end. Around 11:00 pm mike told Rachel to pull the car around and sent us back to her way with a warm thank you and welcome to the family. They all stayed way past there closing ours of 9pm all for us to be satisfied. It is about a week later and already we have received thank you cards, and a few calls from Rachel to make sure everything is still going great. These guys took buying a car from a stressful, dreadful process, to a stress free amazing time that I will never forget. From the moment I went to the Don Davis website and requested a test drive, the experience has been more than stellar. My biggest concern when buying my first new car in 14 years was who I was dealing requested a test drive, the experience has been more than stellar. My biggest concern when buying my first new car in 14 years was who I was dealing with, and my request to the internet rep was to work with a female. Enter Nicole VanderWoude. She gave me exactly what I wanted, which was a test drive, without pressuring me for a credit check or a used vehicle appraisal. We drove, talked some basic numbers, and off I went to start exploring my options in a new purchase vehicle. After narrowing my decision down to either a Jeep Cherokee or Hyundai Santa Fe Sport, I started seriously looking at numbers again. After test driving the Santa Fe Sport, I stopped by to see Nicole again and she was more than happy to take me on another drive, when we stumbled upon a vehicle that had yet to be shown on the lot. Of course, we HAD to talk numbers at this point, and unfortunately, I got a little greedy and she couldn't make it work, and I was about to settle on the Sport model we had looked at. Enter more deliberations with my Dad and of course he got into my head. Needless to say, I was disappointed that the Sport wasn't *exactly* what I was looking for and I started considering the Santa Fe Sport even more seriously. A follow-up from Nicole the next day (3/5/14) during the final negotiations for a Santa Fe Sport, had me driving from Denton to Arlington almost immediately. When my Dad asked why, it boiled down to this: I was getting the EXACT vehicle I wanted at a $27 increase from what the Hyundai dealer was able to sell me their vehicle. During the entire process, Nicole seemed more like a friend, rather than a salesperson and we had many a good laughs during our test drives and negotiations. Come to find out that after I walked out before finally sealing a deal, she had been promoted to the financing department. In my opinion, a BIG LOSS to the sales floor. She was knowledgeable, funny, all while being professional. Not once during our time together did I really feel pressured or overwhelmed by the purchase of this vehicle. Prior to beginning my hunt for a vehicle, I had secured my own financing, due to some credit issues, and without pressure, she dealt with the financing department and actually ended up getting me a better interest rate without dinging my credit too much. For that, I am also thankful. Nicole is how car buying should be! I'm the person that keeps a car for 10 years before looking again, and I hope when I'm up for a new vehicle, that I can deal with another person like her for any future purchases! More

Short Story - Great dealership. Works with you, does what they say, will jump through hoops to make it happen, and will be courteous the whole time. Long Story- Shopped the dodge and chevy 2500hd 4x4 diesel. Loved them both the same and it came down to price and a little fear on my part as I have owned chevys all my life. I was told I would have a truck the next day at1pm. I was told I would be called the next morning and given an update on the readyness of the truck. The next morning no one called. I started to get nervous and started calling the chvy dealer in Grand Prairie about 9:30. I got dodged all the way up to noon when a salesman finally spoke to me and told me my truck was not going to be at the dealership and it might even be a few days before they could even find me one. At hearing my displeasure over how poorly I was handled the salesman had the nerve to tell me perhaps I should have just dealt with him in the first place. I took this to mean everyone else was either incompetent or maybe it was all my fault for even trying to spend $40,000.00 plus there in the first place. Either way I knew my money was not going to be spent there so I told them thanks but no thanks. I called the dodge dealership I first contacted and spoke with Kelsey Jernigan. Asked her point blank if she could match chevys deal and told her how I was treated at the other dealership. She spoke with her boss Abraham Escareno who wanted to talk to me. Told him what I wanted and he told me no prblem, come on down and pick it up. Everything was great except, my mistake, I did'nt communicate I wanted a short bed instead of a long bed truck. They never blamed me and instead acted like it was their fault. And the best part was instead of making it worse, Abraham rolled up his sleeves and was (no lie) working two phones on each ear and banging on a computer until he found what I wanted- exactly. The truck was at a dealership in Rockwall,Tx an hour away. It was 4:40pm. While he was still dealing he covered the mouthpiece on the phone and told Kelsey and another girl to hop a car and start driving toward Rockwall and he would call them later with more details. If you can find someone willing to work that hard that fast to make you a good deal you got to admire them and their efforts. They brought me the truck. Could,nt have been any happier. Also want to compliment the friendliness and helpfulness of the finance person that helped me, Mike Nienhaus. Great guy. If their product is half as good as their service I will never own another chevy. More
