After being ignored after being tol a salesman was coming with keys, I got in my car to leave. I looked up & saw DJ when I went to shut my door. He had come from new car sales to help me. Overall I was satisfied with the experience. I have no issues with John my salesperson, he was very friendly and I know that he wanted to make a deal. I do feel like the dealership tried to low ball me on my trade and basically expected me to pay MSRP from the start. I was just looking to pay what my research had shown to be a fair price for the vehicle that I was shopping for and not to get robbed on my trade in. I ultimately got a deal that I thought was fair enough but do feel like I had to spend quite a bit of time working for it. Financing was able to get me a lower interest rate with my bank than what I came in pre-approved at so they did save me some money there. More

I arrived at Don Davis this past weekend to service my 2011 Dodge Charger. While waiting on the service to be completed I walked the used car lot (as I frequently do), and stumbled upon the 2012 Jeep Gran 2011 Dodge Charger. While waiting on the service to be completed I walked the used car lot (as I frequently do), and stumbled upon the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and decided that I couldn't pass it up. Luckily, I had the pleasure of having a very competent sales team in Josh Stewart and Alex Stewart who made the process seamless. I would also like to give a shout out to Mike in Finance and Aaron in sales. I've worked with those guys on 3 prior deals and they are truly a blast to work with.
