When purchasing my new Jeep, Randall Mims was friendly, informative, and answered every question that we had. After purchasing the car I had several questions and contacted Randall. He again was friendly informative, and answered every question that we had. After purchasing the car I had several questions and contacted Randall. I had left an umbrella in the car that we traded in and contacted Randall again who went to my trade in, located the umbrella and let me know he had found it. I went to the dealership to pick up the umbrella and let Randall know I had arrived and since he knew that I wasn't feeling well he brought the umbrella to my car. Can't say I have ever had better service. The financial people handled the finalizing of the sale quickly, professionally and were very freindly and helpful.. I desired a 2013 model Ram Longhorn and cars.com allowed me to find one exactly as I would have ordered new. Eddie held the car for me, and arranged my pickup at local DFW Airport. Promptly upon my arrival I was met by Larry just outside baggage claim and he was able to quickly develop an excellent level of rapport that helped ease the stress of a major purchase. Larry & Aaron (Financing) also encouraged me to call with any questions regarding financing or the vehicle operation should they arise post sale. Aaron (Financing) also assisted me with changes to allow my wife to be on the title as I desired by sending me home with overnight mail to be returned the next day. Lastly, I was congratulated on my purchase by all the staff involved, and told by Larry to expect a call in the next few days to follow up!
