Very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable crew. Eddie finalized price, Larry guided me through the sales paperwork and explained vehicle operation and complex electronics like a pro. Noted few minor blemishes on finish of paint, Larry had area buffed and sparkling as showroom condition on a Demo purchase. I desired a 2013 model Ram Longhorn and cars.com allowed me to find one exactly as I would have ordered new. Eddie held the car for me, and arranged my pickup at local DFW Airport. Promptly upon my arrival I was met by Larry just outside baggage claim and he was able to quickly develop an excellent level of rapport that helped ease the stress of a major purchase. Larry & Aaron (Financing) also encouraged me to call with any questions regarding financing or the vehicle operation should they arise post sale. Aaron (Financing) also assisted me with changes to allow my wife to be on the title as I desired by sending me home with overnight mail to be returned the next day. Lastly, I was congratulated on my purchase by all the staff involved, and told by Larry to expect a call in the next few days to follow up!
