I was approached by salesperson, Carol Szymanski on the walkway prior to entering the sales office. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, and satisfied my concerns in a straightforward manner. She remained available to me until I left in the new vehicle. During the initial shopping stages, I had occasion to meet Abraham Escareno who was also very friendly and a very accomplished salesman. He quickly selected a third vehicle for my consideration and was completely knowledgeable regareing all of it's features. These two salespersons convinced me to consider purchasing this third vehicle I originally thought was beyond my financial comfort level. During all of this time, Carol and Abraham were very attentive to my comfort and concerns. In the financial department, Michael Nienhaus made me feel at ease during the transactions and worked very hard on my behalf to ensure a very pleasant experience.
